I keep all my stock in my home studio and try to regularly reorder items as my stock gets low.

Factors like conventions can impact what is and isn't available at certain times. This is just an unfortunate reality of shops, things go out of stock all the time!

I do try to make it clear on my socials and in my shop when an item is being retired. After they're gone they will be removed from my storefront

I strive to do my best at doing regular restocks, so if something isn't available at the moment, just check back in a few weeks!

Please e-mail skellulite@gmail.com as soon as possible if an incorrect address is used for your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, I will be able correct the shipping address for you.

If the order has been shipped, the issue is unfortunately out of my hands. I am not responsible for incorrectly addressed or missing orders and no refunds will be issued.

If the order is returned in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping to the correct address and have your order reshipped.

If your items arrive broken or damaged please contact me via email at skellulite@gmail.com with images documenting the damaged items.

Depending on the severity of the damage you may be presented with the choice of a partial refund or discounted replacement item.

PLEASE NOTE, some keychains that do not have epoxy doming may appear scratched or gouged, this is just protective plastic film that hasn't been removed to protect them during transit. Please make sure to remove this film before submitting a damage claim.

Preorder items can take around 1-2 months to ship out due to the process of having to have the items produced and shipped to me first before sending them out to customers.
